The RiskOpto Assessment Panel (the “Panel”) is operated by GRC Yönetim Bilişim Yazılım ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“GRC Management”). Anyone who signs in to the Panel or submits an application is deemed to accept these terms. Where the proposal or service agreement provides otherwise, that provision applies.
Accounts
- Accounts are opened by invitation only and are personal; they may not be shared.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and let us know.
- For security, an account is temporarily locked after repeated failed sign-ins, and sessions end after a set period.
Accuracy of information and documents
- You are responsible for the information you provide in the Panel being accurate, current and complete. A declaration to this effect is recorded when answers are submitted for review.
- Upload only documents you are authorised to share. If you provide information about another business, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and have informed that business.
- False or misleading information may invalidate the basis of the report.
Prohibited use
- Uploading files containing malicious software
- Acting on behalf of another person or using another person’s account
- Attempting unauthorised access to the Panel, other files or the infrastructure
- Scraping the Panel or collecting data with automated tools
In case of use contrary to these terms, GRC Management may suspend or close the account.
The report
- The report is an expert opinion based on the information provided and the report date. It is not a credit rating, an independent audit, a legal opinion or a guarantee of future performance. The decision on the business relationship rests with the requesting company.
- The report is confidential. The requesting company uses it for its own decision-making and may share it for that purpose with its employees and advisers. It may not be given to third parties or published without GRC Management’s written consent.
- A supplier that requested a report about itself may share it with its existing and prospective buyers only in full and without alteration. Supplier Onboarding reports are valid for 12 months from the approval date.
- The verification code on approved reports allows anyone to confirm on the public verification page that the report was approved by GRC Management and is current.
Intellectual property
The Panel, the assessment methodology, question sets, templates and report format belong to GRC Management. The requesting company has the right to use the delivered report for the purpose described above.
Liability
GRC Management performs the service with reasonable care. It is not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by users. GRC Management’s liability is limited as set out in the proposal and service agreement.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version and its date are published on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes. Questions: sales@grcmngmnt.com
